Oh that's just perfect, I wanted to make a Durge run as a fighter multiclass but I couldnt find anything that I liked or that felt realistic for the character; I needed a build exactly like this one! It's nice to see someone taking the RP seriously for building a character, I'll check out your other origin builds :D

I love the concept behind this build! I’m not gonna lie, I’m kinda tempted to build a pure light domain cleric, and have a companion (Lae’zel maybe) do beast master ranger in my stead.

By far still the best channel for BG3 content, I love this! Loving this subclass and really need to start a new campaign soon. There is a druid mod in the in-game manager that brings a new subclass to druid - Circle of the Sea. Would be fun with a build for that!

Barbarian Rogues are a classic fantasy archetype though, Conan and Fafrd being the biggest examples. Fun to play in BG3

Tigers are a type of panther so it is definitely a must for this build if you want to be true to the name

This channel is a gold mine a just found with your Scourge of Avernus Wyll Build video. By the way, looking back on it, you totally called it in that video in the minute 27:28. Its almost like Larian used your idea for Wyll's evil ending because its literally one to one! Anyway, new sub, I'll be having a blast with all these character ideas, thank you for the content :)

When I say that I LITERALLY just finished an evil Wyll run with this EXACT lore, I mean that I literally still have the game window opened. I saw the credits and tabbed out to look something up in youtube and THIS APPEARS. And I do mean THE EXACT SAME LORE btw. Talk about perfect timing.

Im planning to add orc-ninja npc in my dnd campain. You know, your typical three meters tall ball of anger, but at the same time hes really good at stealth. I was planning on warrior-rogue multiclass, but I think Ill steal something from your guide (and you cant stop me >:D)

In the 2024 D&D rulebook, Barbarians can now use strength for stealth checks as long as they're raging, and they can rage outside of combat too.

Hi Hobo! Thanks again for doing this one. We all appreciate it. I’m not sure if you’ve said anything about this, but it would be really interesting to see what you would come up with for an Alucard build. I’ve seen many people attempt it but they always leave out a certain aspect of his character. Some people focus too much on making him an eldritch knight forget that he can shapeshift into a wolf and other things as well. Would love to see how you tackle this! Thanks again!

Use the Friends cantrip on the wrong person and you will end up in a fight. Like if you use Friends on Zevlor, for example, on balance or higher and he will attack you once it where’s off; learned that the hard way. It’s a cantrip that you have to be careful with.

Wanted to add, all classes with only 3 subclasses now have 4, meaning it’s much easier to spread roles out. The duplicate Battlemaster could be an arcane archer now in this case!

Something I wanted to mention which has helped me quite a few times - you can also make use of tidal wave with mystra's spell mod to really increase your power as a storm sorcerer since it can knock people prone and makes them (and a whole area) wet. Especially with sorcerer you can then use your metamagic to cast something like the ray of frost or lightning lure to freeze someone and a surface, or electrify the water. Especially if you go down the ice route and impair their dexterity, you can keep people relatively contained, and also fly away if you're too close. If you go the thunder/lightning reverb route you can also do booming blade or thunderclap, or later lightning step to get lots of reverberation working and keep yourself moving around the battlefield. And if I remember right tidal wave making targets wet will also cause the encrusted with frost. If you're working with lots of enemies running at you, tidal wave and then sleet storm can really help control the battlefield too since you're creating a ton of icy surfaces; though not necessarily ideal for your melee teammates

So, one thing about the Necklace of Elemental Adaptation you might’ve missed is that it will use your Wisdom modifier instead of Charisma because of taking cleric Multiclass after sorcerer. So, I would avoid that one entirely and stick with Spineshudder. Otherwise, very cool build!

I'm playing an elementalist right now and gave up on the heat mechanic. Genuinely the most annoying "beneficial" mechanic in the game. I used similar shenanigans to reduce the burn damage to 0 but then I ended up inflicting other things on myself that triggered on inflicting a condition on someone.

I absolutely LOVE this. I am a big fan of the Castlevania TV show and I have been looking for someone to recreate the 3 main characters. I hope you do a Trevor Belmont and Alucard build in the future, keep up the great work king!!!

Is one of your plans to make a hexblade durge build? It'd be really cool, as you could flavour it as Netherese magic discovered alongside the crown. Maybe throw in some Shadow sorcerer for extra seasoning!

Could you please do a Radahn build

Whenever I make this kind of build, I generally go with 10 levels of Evocation Wizard instead. They get to apply their spell casting modifier to EVERY evocation spell. So it works well when you are using multiple types of elements. My current Gail starts with 2 levels of Sorcerer and uses the Meta Magic feat to get more meta magic types (Quicken!) and sorcery points. And can sacrifice spell slots for more points; Arcane Cultivation Elixirs are great for that. Also a Wizard can learn scrolls for 6th level spells.

PLEASE do a Trevor and Alucard build!!! Been thinking Alucard may have to wait for Bladesinger though

I like this build. Me and a friend are soon going to do a new play through and he plans to do a similar elemental themed character a little different than this and I’m playing soul knife rouge and sun soul monk since we play with a lot of mods

This just in on the weather channel looks like there will a drizzle of Trever Belmont build request and a large Hurricane carrying hundreds of Alucard build request, it is recommended that local content creators prepare for the worst and hope for the best. This build is so cool, I love elementalist style builds.

Shadow Domain Cleric adds the Unknown God option Great build as well, I played a Storm Sorc/tempest cleric to level 20 in my longest running campaign and I love the combo.

This is crazy timing, I just started a new file based on a genderbent version of Trevor Belmont. I don't know what her final build will be, but I'm thinking a Cavalier Fighter/Hunter Ranger hybrid of some kind. Might have to add this to my party and convert Astarion into an Alucard build 👀
